Poem - Heavy Duty

HEAVY DUTY
 
It magnifies to much
over-reacts, intensely.
You have to be in the mood
Touchy fire soul

Gives to much info at one moment
shuts down vague the next.
Vibes, sent. Message received,
Atmosphere's reflective.
Misses out on so much,
opportunities skip elsewhere.

Scratched head, confused heart
what just happened there?
Gone wrong, but finger hard to put on.
Magnifies too much, emotionally
young. A touchy fire soul.

Performer, intermittent stage.
Performance runs scared.
Didn't know how well people
people of experience read.

Closed book, closed....

so you thought over-reactive, maybe to old
for thick skin to gather moss
touchy fire soul.
 
So....

That's why never calls
.... Heavy duty
vague.

You know why, don't you.
Sniveling foetus, better late
than never.
Your not one of the big boys  
but hey, you might be.
yet!

Touchy fire soul,

heavy duty

feels aching

feeling tired

for the longed for nest.
